This policy is an agreement for the Customers / registered users of www.vedicmathsguru.com and its affiliates (“VMG”, “Vedic Maths Guru”).

Payment Options

1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card, wallets and other eform of payments, payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

2. Internet Banking

You can also pay for your order through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. 

Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us. 

All Transaction charges will be borne by customer until mentioned therein.

Delivery of Products/Services

What is an e-ticket / e-voucher? 
An e-ticket / E-voucher is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to shoppers. The Bill / voucher will be emailed to the registered customer.

How will I get my e-ticket/Vouchers details? Your e-ticket/vouchers/Receipt details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking/ Payments. If you do not receive your e-ticket / receipts within mentioned time please get in touch with us by Email or Phone.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket/Vouchers with me? Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket/vouchers as sent by us. In the case of Virtual sessions, it will be important to keep the receipt handy. 

Amendment and Cancellation policy

There are no refunds / return / cancellation policy at Vedic Maths Guru and related websites..

The Amendments are at the sole discretion of the Vedic Maths Guru. Upon receiving a request, Vedic Maths Guru will be able to give due consideration to your request, but It will not just be a business call for the team at Vedic Maths Guru but also, in most cases, it may not happen. If it happens, it will hinge upon an additional charge.

All Invoices are Non-Refundable.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction, as per laws of India.

This policy will be read qua the Other Terms and Conditioned mentioned in the Master Services agreement and subsequent agreements therein.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Vedic Maths Guru for refunds. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
